This is an information gathering session, which allows me to get an understanding of what you need support with, and how I can help you. By explaining the brain this gives you an understanding of how we develop our emotions, whether positive or negative and how you can take control of your anxieties in the future. This usually takes an hour.

Treatment

1 hour sessions £70.00

Block of 6 sessions, discounted £350.00 (6th session is free)

Specific Phobias £210.00

This is 3 x sessions to overcome your phobias. However non- specific phobias may need additional sessions to reduce anxiety beforehand.

Stopping smoking/Vaping £200.00

This is a 2 hour session, which combines coaching some NLP techniques, then followed by Hypnosis, to help you overcome your cravings and enable you to enjoy life as a non-smoker.

All sessions can be done online or in person in the comfort of my home.
